My console is not connecting to my network.
You can try resetting your console to its factory settings and link it back to your home network by following our network troubleshooting guide here.
My console was delivered with a damage.

How do I file a warranty claim?
All Relikcs Furniture Timbre Stereo Consoles come with a 1-year limited warranty covering all electronic components against manufacturing defects as well as normal use. If you’re experiencing issues with your console, and resetting it to factory settings isn’t solving them please visit the Warranty Claim and Support page to file a claim. My turntable belt is lose.
The record player in your Relikcs Timbre Stereo Console is built on a custom plinth using audiophile-grade components from USA turntable manufacturer U-Turn, and its belt is not designed to be tight. If you’re having issues with your turntable belt, you can follow these suggestions:
Remove the belt and remove the platter and slipmat and make sure the sub-platter spins freely and without obstruction. Place the platter and slipmat back on top of the sub-platter.
Replace the belt by looping it around the groove in the middle of the outside of the platter, and the topmost grooved ring in the motor. You should have just enough tension on the belt to make the platter spin with the motors pull, but lose enough that it’ll slip when its first started and while it gets up to speed.
